Entrees :

Puff pastry tartlets : Organic Chicken in creamy flavorful roux sauce – plated in crispy tartlets bowls, with white asparagus  and a touch of fine chopped parsley

Hot smoked salmon : Hot smoked salmon on a bed of spinach leafs, topped with a poached egg, homemade hollandaise and croutons. (*1.2)

Inside out stuffed leek rolls : Juicy rolls of seared ground meat sculpted around leek sticks and pan fried to perfection. Served with peas and carrots.

Fish cakes : Danish harbor classic fish cakes with potato salad.

Tavern stew : Spicy pork tenderloin stew served with garlic butter toast.

Main course :

Original sailor stew : Slow cooked tender Beef Chuck with crushed potatoes served with beets and garnished with fresh chives

Pan Fried pork belly : Danish Tavern style – rustic plated thickly sliced fried pork belly served with a rich parsley gravy, peeled potatoes and oven roasted beet

Ox brisket : Slow cooked brisket with a strong creamy horseradish sauce next to a simple tasty cabbage stew.

Danish meatloaf : Modern take on an ultra yummy classic Danish meatloaf recipe.

Cod : Oven steamed cod in a delicate mustard fish sauce. Served with veggies, hardboiled egg topped off with crispy bacon and herb.

Desserts :

Risalamande :  Delicious creamy rice pudding with fine chopped almonds and cherry sauce

Æbleskiver : 3 Fluffy molded “pancake balls” with a light crusty exterior and soft center dusted with
powder sugar and served with marmalade.

Apple trifle : Old fashioned Danish apple dessert with velvety cream and crushed macrons

Classic Danish cake : Traditional Danish baked goods served with Coffee

Liquid dessert : Famously Danish liquid dessert.

Classic open Rye sandwiches : A daily selection of artfully piled buttered rye bread sandwiches.

Old school Pan baked omelet : Egg omelet served with rye bread, accompanied by thin sliced bacon, cucumber and beets

Danish “grillbar” burger : 5 hours of tender roasted Rib roast – sandwich with cracklings, pickles, Mayo, fresh red cabbage and soft caramelized onions

Danish beef Sandwich : Ground beef sandwich completed with the Traditional Danish brown gravy.
